Wreck in Trout, Louisiana kills one injures two

One person was killed, and two others injured in an accident that happened recently near Trout, Louisiana. The wreck occurred on La. Highway 500. Reporting police say that the incident remains under investigation from the police department, and that no citations have been named.

A pick-up truck being driven by Justin W. Cooper of Jena, Louisiana apparently ran off the highway and over turned several times before coming to a complete stop on the side of the road. No one knows the cause of the accident as of yet, and there are routine toxicology tests pending.

A passenger in the truck, 18 year old Tiffany Wishum was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by the coroner's office. Cooper and the other passenger in the car, 18 year old Logan Stringer of Trout, Louisiana were both taken to Hartner Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries they sustained in the accident.
