Ville Platte, Louisiana Accident injures Two

This week an accident that occured in Ville Platte, Louisiana critically injured two men sources say. Currently the cause of the wrecks is unknown, but the accident is still under investigation of the local police force there. Citations for the accident have not been named as awaiting toxicology reports come back on the drivers involved.

It happened when 26 year-old Christopher D. Sebastian of Ville Platte was driving on local Louisiana highway near his hometown driving southbound when, for unknown reasons, his vehicle veered off the road. Sebastian then over corrected his vehicle to the left where it then began to rotate counter clockwise. He then exited the roadway to the left. Witnesses to the accident say that he entered a ditch, and flipped multiple times before coming to rest in flames on a nearby lawn.

Sebastian and his passenger, 25 year-old James B. Castile of Ville Platte, Louisiana were not wearing their seatbelts during the accident. This caused both men to be ejected from the vehicle. Responding emergency personell have said that both men were taken via ambulance to Our Lady of the Lourdes Medical Center. Both of their conditions were described as critical and life threatening at the time of the accident. The wreck occured around 2:30am, and is still being investigated by local police.
