A late night accident in Sulphur Louisiana this month claimed the life of one person, and injured several others. The accident occurred after a party when friends piled into a car, sources saying that they had all been drinking, and the driver lost control of their vehicle. The accident was investigated and cited by Louisiana state police, and citations have been made for the driver of the car in this wreck.

It happened around 2:30am, sources say, when 20 year old Ethen Kelley and four friends piled into his car after a night of fun. They were traveling on the interstate 10 when for unknown reasons, Kelly lost control of his vehicle. The car then proceeded to flip over several times on the interstate before coming to rest in the far eastbound lanes of the interstate. Out of five passengers, two were ejected from the vehicle. Apparently no one was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Most of the passengers sustained by a miracle minor injuries. However one, 23 year old James Arthur Killian the third was not as fortunate. After being ejected from the vehicle, Killian was transported to a medical center for his injuries. Later that night Killian died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the accident. Kelley was booked into jail for several citations including driving while intoxicated, and vehicular homicide. The investigations into this accident have been closed, and the citations made.
