This past week in Shreveport, Louisiana a head on collision seriously injured two people. Reporting police say that the accident happened during the evening last Monday around 6:30 p.m. Both parties were injured, but only one was described as immediately life threatening.
Jared Barber was driving his Chevy impala on the 9300 block of Wallace Lake road in Shreveport, Louisiana when, for unknown reasons, Barber's car drifted across the center line of the road, and made impact with the Land Rover of Holly Johnson of Shreveport. Police say that the investigation into this accident continues, and it is unknown if the incident had anything to do with driving under the influence.
Barber was rushed to the LSU Hospital with life threatening injuries, although the police have said that he will most likely survive. Johnson was taken to Willis Kingston hospital with non life threatening injuries. The head on collision was luckily not as gruesome as it could have been, and happily no one lost their life in this wreck.
