This month in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana a serious car accident claimed the life of one young woman, and injured another. 20 year-old Ciera Lefleur was driving a 2009 Kawasaki motorcycle down local Louisiana state highway 352 south of Henderson, Louisiana when the accident occurred. Upon impact with the other vehicle, Lefleur was thrown from the motorcycle onto the roadway. When emergency officials arrived, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Henry Patin sustained minor injuries as a result of the wreck, and was treated at the scene by emergency officials. At this time, toxicology reports are being run on Lefleur. The investigations into this accident are ongoing until those results come through.
