A Moreauville, Louisiana car accident claimed the life of one man this month sources say. The wreck occurred on a local Louisiana highway just around 4:20am on a Friday morning. Police responding to the accident have not stated any factors that they believe to have contributed to the accident. The accident began when Terry M. Bannister of Moreauville, Louisiana was driving down Louisiana highway 1 in his 2003 Chevrolet trailblazer. For reasons that are currently being investigated, Bannister lost control of his vehicle. The car made a collision with a culvert on the side of the highway, and overturned backwards. Then the vehicle hit a utility pole and came to rest against the pole. It is unknown how long it took police to respond to the wreck.

Terry M. Bannister was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of this accident. He was ejected from his vehicle sometime during the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by the local Louisiana coroner's office.
