A man from Kenner, Louisiana this month was killed in an accident that occurred on a local city street. Investigators into this wreck know very little about what happened, as the wreck occurred late at night and there were almost no witnesses. It is unknown if the use of alcohol or another illegal substance had any factor in this wreck, or what else could have contributed. Initial investigations conclude speed might have been a factor, but nothing at this point is definitive.

Kyle David Chryssoverges of Kenner, Louisiana was driving a pick-up truck westbound on Joe Yenni Boulevard late at night when for reasons that are unknown, he veered off the side of the road around the 100 block of Joe Yenni. The vehicle then struck a drainage culvert on the right hand side of the boulevard, which caused the car to overturn. Chryssoverges's vehicle came to rest in the culvert, and was discovered overturned like that when police arrived.

Responding emergency personnel took Kyle David Chryssoverges immediately to Oschner Medical Center, there he was pronounced dead as a result of injuries sustained in the accident. It is unknown at this time if he was wearing a seatbelt when the accident occurred. Investigating officers have sent in blood work and are awaiting those results as well as an autopsy of the body. At this time, no citations or charges have been made for this wreck. The investigations into this accident continue, and it has not been closed.
