A tragic accident that took place in Houma, Louisiana this month claimed the lives of two people, and injured others sources say. The time of this wreck and specific location within the city limits of Houma, Louisiana is unknown, but responding state police said the wreck is still under investigation by their department. The massive three vehicle wreck began when 26 year-old Ronni Rios was driving his Ford pick-up truck and got distracted by his vehicle's radio, taking his eyes off the road. It is said that he lost control of his vehicle, swerving to hit a Honda Civic and sideswiping another vehicle. The exact number of people involved in this accident is currently unknown, but sources say that the truck made contact with at least two vehicles after the driver lost control.

Two people in the Honda civic Samantha Marcel and Lalisa Robinson were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, while two other passengers in the same vehicle suffered critical injuries and were taken immediately to local hospitals. The health of Ronni Rios is unknown, but sources say he was booked on several charges that included vehicular homicide. The driver and lone passenger of the third car involved in this wreck reported minor injuries from the wreck.
