Houma Louisiana Accident Kills Four

A tragic accident occurred this week around Houma, Louisiana. The accident claimed the lives of four teenagers that attended a local Catholic High School while they were on their way home from an LSU Football game in Baton Rouge. The accident is still being investigated by police officials, and the cause of the incident is completely unknown. The families and friends of these children grieve on the loss as people try to figure out what happened.

The accident occurred late at night, at least after 1am when a text sent from one of their cell phones alerted their parents "We're on our way home." When none of the teens had arrived home by 3am, their families began looking for them. The driver of the pick-up truck was 17 year old T. J. Cantrell apparently had lost control of his vehicle, and all four teens had gone careening off the road and over a guardrail into the bayou.

The truck was located by cell phone GPS location, and everyone was horrified when they pulled the truck from the water. All four teenagers had drowned inside the cab of the truck, and no one knew how the accident had occurred. State police continue the investigation into this tragic, horrific accident.
