A two vehicle accident that occurred this month in DeRidder, Louisiana has left two people in critical condition. McFatter's 2010 Ford expedition went ramming into the back of the vehicle, having not braked at all.

The two people inside the mazda, Kayla Fontenot and her friend were taken to the hospital in critical condition following the wreck. McFatter was uninjured in the accident, and was booked directly into the system after investigating police found out he was intoxicated.
