This is a network of volunteers who are dedicated to providing quick and compassionate support for survivors of truck accidents and their families. These volunteers are usually members of the Truck Coalition Survivors Network. They serve their local community and state for families of victims and survivors of truck crashes.

The First Response Program seeks to find and help new victims of truck crashes. They provide information meant to encourage those victims and provide a sympathetic and understanding person to talk to. They give assistance, comfort, and information that they wish had been provided to them. They realized that post-crash is a tough time and First Response wanted to help people try to make sense out of their situations. The foundation of the First Response Program is to comfort truck crash victims and help satisfy their post-accident needs.

Their goal is to contact every truck accident victim. It is a challenging goal because of the large number of truck accident victims each year. The network is designed to help victims state by state. They feel it is important for victims and survivors to know there is help available and they are not alone in their time of need.
