Our managing partner Timothy J. Young graduated cum laude from Tulane Law School in 1993. Licensed to practice in both Louisiana and Texas, he is an active member of the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America) and the Louisiana Association for Justice (formerly the Louisiana Association of Trial Lawyers), including the admiralty sections of both associations.

In connection with automobile and truck accident litigation, he has personally handled cases resulting in settlements in excess of $1 million.  He has tried cases involving passenger vehicle accidents as well as 18 wheel truck accidents.  Some claims include individuals injured while riding in a commercial work vehicle (settlement in excess of $1 million), a nurse injured when her vehicle was struck by a commercial truck (settlement over $200,000), trial on behalf of an 18 wheel driver when he was run off the road and injured by the driver of a private automobile (verdict of approximately $165,000 for a non-operated lower back injury), a UM claim on behalf of an 18 wheel driver when a passenger automobile crossed the middle line and struck his vehicle injuring his knee (settlement in excess of $200,000), and many other such claims.
